RECTANGULAR DUCTS
NEKSAS manufactures a wide range of rectangular ducts in various sizes, working thicknesses, and materials according to client specifications, including:
- Galvanized sheet metal with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 1.2mm
- Black sheet metal with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 5mm
- Stainless steel sheet from 0.5mm to 5mm
- Aluminum sheet from 0.5mm to 2mm
Options include:
- Powder polymer coating in all RAL colors
- Insulation with glass mineral wool with aluminum covering
- Insulation with elastomer sheet insulation (black and colored, available in a standard range of colors)
- Insulation with elastomer sheet insulation with aluminum covering
- Cladding with galvanized or aluminum sheet metal
Smoke Exhaust Systems
The chimney bodies are made from galvanized, black, or stainless steel sheet metal (AISI 304, AISI 310, AISI 316).
Options include:
- Single wall
- Double wall with high-density rock wool insulation
- Coaxial bodies
- Cladding
- Powder polymer coating in all RAL colors
Round Ducts
They are made from black sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 to 4 mm, electrically welded.
Options include:
- Powder polymer coating in all RAL colors
- Insulation with mineral/rock wool
Spirally Wound Ducts
They are made from galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.2 mm.
Options include:
- Powder polymer coating in all RAL colors
- Rubber seals
