MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL BASE

The company has its own well-equipped production base, designed for the manufacturing of custom equipment, metal parts, metal structures, and air ducts. The administrative and production facility is located in Sofia, Chelopechene district, 28 Yane Stoyanov St., spanning 4,800 sq.m and consisting of:

  • Administrative building;
  • Warehouse and tool base;
  • Production workshops for:
    - processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
    - manufacturing of metal structures;
    - powder coating and wet painting;
    - production of air ducts and ventilation components from galvanized, stainless, and aluminum sheets (rectangular and spiral-wound);
    - ventilation equipment.

The manufacturing activities include the processing of sheet and profile materials made of carbon and stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum in a fully closed cycle. Metalworking involves electromechanical, laser, and plasma cutting, punching, bending, welding, sandblasting, and powder coating depending on the specifics of the parts. The quality of the produced goods is ensured by established brands of metalworking machines.

TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT
To ensure the quality of the produced goods, we rely on leading metalworking machine manufacturers such as MICRO STEP, DURMA, SCHRÖDER, SENTE MAKINA, DENER, BOSCHERT, FRONIUS, LINCOLN ELECTRIC, CEBORA, and others. We create drawings and 3D models of the parts.

We work with the entire RAL color range as well as finishes such as matte, gloss, texture, and wrought iron.
